Make a strong first impression before the convention begins. New exhibitors can be featured in a dedicated pre-conference email sent by WOCN® Society to all registered attendees approximately 2-3 weeks before WOCNext® 2027 in Savannah.

• 150 x 150 company logo or product image 

• Up to 50-word company description 

• Featured placement in the WOCNext® New Exhibitor Spotlight email 

• Distribution to all registered conference attendees 

• Increase your visibility, introduce your brand to attendees before they arrive, and encourage booth traffic during the conference.

Additional Information:

• Must submit final content no later than two weeks prior to the email deployment date.

• Content will be published as submitted and proof previews will not be provided.
